Figma
Top Figma plugins for managing a design system

Here is the list of my top Figma plugins
Tokens Studio
Tokens Studio is (at least for me) one of the best plugins for managing design tokens. They are a key part of connecting design with development.
It allows you to:
Convert common styles into design tokens
Apply tokens to a range of design options like colors, typography, spacing, etc.
See changes applied across an entire document
Sync tokens with external sources (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc).
Tokens Studio offers both free and pro version (when you have a multi-brand theme).
Design Lint
Design Lint is an open-source plugin. It helps maintain consistency in your design system by
Finding missing styles within your designs
Identifying inconsistencies in colors, text styles, effects, etc.
Suggesting fixes to align elements with your design system
This plugin is very useful, since manual checks would be too time-consuming.
Design System Organizer
Copy variables and styles between files and collections
Swap libraries for components, styles and even 🚀 variables (match masters by path name)
Manage all in one place with folder-like interface for components, styles and variables
LottieFiles - Create animations & export from Figma to Lottie
LottieFiles for Figma redefines animation creation, enabling designers to effortlessly convert their designs into Lottie animations. This powerful feature supports everything from basic animations to multi-frame and multi-variant component sequences.
Utilize the full suite of Figma features including components, gradients and custom shapes, and transform them into engaging micro-animations.
Atmos
It allows designers to work on their color palettes without leaving the Figma environment
This integration streamlines the workflow by keeping palette creation and application within the same workspace
