Requesting a Refund Before Starting the Course

If you purchase Design Tokens Mastery and decide not to participate, you can submit a refund request before accessing the Kajabi platform. In your refund request, please specify that you've enrolled in Design Tokens Mastery and explain your reason for requesting a refund.

I will verify that you haven't accessed the Kajabi platform or reviewed any course materials, such as videos, downloadable templates, lessons, etc. If you have accessed any significant portion of course material, your refund may be denied.

Requesting a Refund After Completing the Course

If you complete Design Tokens Mastery and are not satisfied with the content or outcomes, you can request a refund up to 14 days after completing the course, provided you have fully participated.

"Full participation" includes:

Completing all lessons
Finishing all exercises (playground files)
Apply design tokens via Tokens Studio and Figma Variables
Engaging with all course materials
Responding to any check-ins or feedback requests

How long does it take to process refunds after approval?

All payments and refunds are processed through our payment partner, Stripe. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to complete and reflect in your account or card. We are using Stripe for all the payments.

Can I get a refund on a different card than I used to pay?

No, we can only refund you using the original payment method.

What if I request a refund after starting but before completing the course?

Under this policy, refunds will only be processed if you haven't accessed the Kajabi platform or after you have fully completed the course. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

I enrolled in the course, and then noticed the price decreased. Can I get a discount applied retroactively?

We do not offer retroactive discounts or partial refunds if a lower price becomes available after enrollment. The price you pay at the time of enrollment is the price you are committed to, regardless of any subsequent promotions or discounts.
